NOTICE: For any on-water activities, an in-person waiver acknowledgment and signature will be required at the time of pickup before receiving your order. Parental signature/consent required for anyone under the age of 18.

IMPORTANT:

• Any water activity can turn dangerous quickly. Do not attempt alone unless you are experienced
• Have an emergency plan and carry a fully charged phone or radio for communication
• Kayaks, Canoes & Paddle Boards/Boats have the option of Sugar River Rental delivering to Headgates Park (specify Delivery or Pickup at checkout). See our "Resources" page, "Water Sport Info" document for more information
• Customer assistance may be required for loading & unloading
• Parental signature/consent required for anyone under the age of 18
